Architected the automated regulatory pipeline enabling Indian exporters to ship animal by-products (ABP) to the European Union under strict safety mandates. Exporters register to obtain plant approval and shipment clearance certificates for manufactured and exported goods, which the system dynamically outputs as a digitally signed, legally compliant PDF.
Sawn Timber Online Certification System

Aligned with the Government of India's "Digital India" initiative, this platform replaced a complex manual legacy framework with a streamlined online portal. It monitors the export of sawn timber produced exclusively from imported teak logs, enforcing strict mandates defined by DGFT Public Notice No. 20-ETC (PN) 92-97. While applying for Import and Export Summary Forms, exporters declare all imported wood items alongside the exact volume and form intended for export; the system then cross-verifies data to instantly generate an official, digitally signed PDF.

Established the end-to-end Quality Assurance blueprint for an enterprise cloud-based logistics and supply-chain platform, structuring validation frameworks across distributed infrastructures.
